We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, you can send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus outbound and return shipping costs).
There are a few things to note:
- Shipment of a return is to be independently arranged and covered by the customer;
- All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging;
- Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to settle and need to be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment – otherwise, a store credit will be issued.
Refunds can only be issued via the method of the original purchase. If original method of payment is no longer available, we will issue store credit equal to the amount of the refund. It may take up to 5-10 business days for credit to appear. Returns received past 30 days from the date of receipt and/or not received in original condition cannot be refunded. Outbound and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Our team wants to ensure that you get a full refund for the order you placed. That’s why it is crucial for us that the order is returned in its original condition and packaging. If the order can’t be returned in those terms, we will need to deduct a 30% restocking fee.
